Are you a nature enthusiast who wants to explore the vast expanse of wildlife that Florida has to offer?
If you are looking for a beach vacation, Florida RV camping has plenty to offer. For a truly unique experience, try exploring the Keys via the Overseas Highway. There are many campground options to choose from, and cruising over the open Atlantic on a raised highway is a singular feeling that you won't soon forget. Besides that, the white sand beaches on many of the Keys are simply to die for. If you're into sipping cocktails in the sun, or the shade of an umbrella, the Key's can't be beat.
For many people, Florida is the destination of choose simply because of Disney World. This is no surprise, since the park has so many attractions and Disney is so popular with children and adults alike. But some people who want to try Florida RV camping may not realize how easy it is to take an RV to Disney World. Besides there official Disney Fort Wilderness, which has full and up to date amenities for all manner of RVs, there are numerous nearby campgrounds ready to give you a deal on a campsite for your RV. This can be a more economical way to visit Disney World, and the money you save on a hotel room you can use to extend your stay.
What attracts many other people to Florida RV camping is its natural parks and preserves. Many of these sites have campground facilities built into them, so you can park your RV amid nature's splendor. If you are a hiker of a biker who's looking for a bit of trekking, try the Florida Caverns State Park. Or if you're a ocean enthusiast, try Bahia Honda State Park. And if these don't suit you, keep looking. There are hundreds of parks in Florida, and many of them hidden gems waiting to be discovered by you.
